Since then, I have earned ten-plus certifications and have accumulated countless hours of advanced studies in energy psychology, because it’s important to stay up-to-date in current research and new ways to help with stress and anxiety. I’ve helped thousands of people through one-on-one sessions, public speaking, webinars, creating guided audios, and leading retreats.
